From Chaos to Clarity: The Framework Behind My Human-in-the-Loop Toolkit

A few days ago, I shared a late-night progress update on LinkedIn about how I used AI to turn seven detailed startup playbooks into one unified Agile master backlog.
That post sparked a wave of curiosity. Founders, PMs, and marketing leaders all wanted to know how I did it. What prompts did I use? How did I structure the playbooks? And how did AI help without taking over the strategy?
Those questions inspired this follow-up and the creation of a new Human-in-the-Loop Toolkit that I’ll soon release through NextWise Studio.
This framework was originally built for another startup I co-founded, but it quickly became the foundation of how I help teams at NextWise Studio use AI to bring structure, speed, and clarity to complex projects.
The Problem: Too Many Workstreams, Not Enough Structure
Like most early-stage teams, we were juggling multiple workstreams at once: content, community, development, design, operations, and data. Each had its own plan, but nothing connected.
We needed a single source of truth that could unify all those moving parts into one flexible system that could evolve with us as we moved toward MVP.
The Breakthrough: A Human-in-the-Loop System
Instead of trying to make AI run the project, I flipped the model.
AI doesn’t replace the human. It supports the human.
Here’s how my Human-in-the-Loop framework works:
Create individual playbooks for each workstream (AI-assisted but human-led).
Feed all playbooks into AI to extract deliverables, epics, and roles.
Auto-generate a master backlog in Google Sheets, complete with sprints, dashboards, and retrospectives.
Refine manually because no AI understands your priorities like you do.
The result is a full Agile implementation plan in hours instead of weeks. It moves faster while keeping the strategy, logic, and structure distinctly human.
What’s Inside the Toolkit
The process evolved into a Toolkit and Prompt Guide that I’ll be sharing soon for founders, marketers, and operators who want to replicate the system.
It includes:
A step-by-step playbook template for each workstream
A prompt guide for training AI on your materials
A master backlog template in Google Sheets
A refinement checklist for prioritizing quarterly sprints
Whether you’re managing your first MVP or leading an established team, it helps you move faster, stay aligned, and build smarter.
Built and Tested at NextWise Studio
At NextWise Studio, I build and test systems that help marketing and product teams move faster with AI. Every toolkit I create begins as a live experiment inside my own ventures, then evolves into a structured, repeatable framework for clients.
The Human-in-the-Loop Toolkit is part of that growing library of resources designed to help teams bring order to the chaos of modern work.
Coming Soon: Request Early Access
My store isn’t live yet (that’s next on my list), but the Human-in-the-Loop Toolkit will be available soon.
If you’d like early access, you can join the waitlist now. Once it’s ready, I’ll send the toolkit along with a quick how-to walkthrough.
Sometimes the most creative thing you can do is bring order to the chaos. And sometimes, AI just helps you get there faster.
